Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Fulfilment of all orders is subject to availability. In the unlikely circumstance that we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, an email will be sent and a refund issued.
We explicitly reserve the right not to accept, reject, or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product not in stock
- Incorrect or unverifiable billing information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to deliver to the given address
- Force majeure
- Pricing or website errors
In such cases, we are only liable for refunding any received payment.
Pricing and Availability
While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, you will be contacted to confirm or cancel the order. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are added at checkout.
Payment

If you cancel before dispatch, contact us with your details. Changes may affect your eligibility for free delivery.
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Personalised items and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
